Partridges

with a reputation for selling the best quality foods

The best quality foods from British producers and importing food and wines from all over the world

The original Partridges store was opened in 1972 in the fashionable area of Sloane Street in Chelsea, London, and quickly gained a reputation for selling the best quality foods from British producers and importing food and wines from all over the world.

Partridges were awarded their Royal Warrant in 1994 by Appointment to HM The Queen

Today Partridges is still very much a family run business and still cherishes its original idea of providing the very finest quality foods. Now with 4 branches and their flagship store located on the Duke of York Square on the Kings Road, Partridges features a cafe, a delicatessen counter, a weekly Saturday Fine Food Market and a huge range of American groceries.

Partridges were awarded their Royal Warrant in 1994 by Appointment to HM The Queen and continue to provide the highest standards of service possible.

The decision was taken to replace the in-store systems with CHOISE from In-Tech Solutions

Customer service is of paramount importance to Partridges, particularly at the checkout and a bad experience with a previous vendor meant the stores were struggling to serve customers in a timely and efficient manner. The decision was taken to replace the in-store systems with CHOISE from In-Tech Solutions to provide better visibility and control of purchasing and sales data for each store.

Ian Willard, Partridges Director responsible for IT explains; “We considered a number of companies, however, we chose the CHOISE solution from In-Tech Solutions as their software most closely matched our requirements and the company itself seemed to be a good fit for our ethos and way of working”.

“The implementation went extremely well and was well managed, and we are very happy with the service and support from In-Tech Solutions. The system has resolved all the issues we had previously and speeded up the service we can offer at the point of sale. This has reduced queues and significantly improved customer satisfaction, which was the aim of the project.”

Looking to the future, Ian Willard commented; “We now have a reliable EPOS system in place that will support the business going forward. We are now able to analyse sales data more efficiently, which helps with merchandising decisions.”
